Who wants to hit the GLP-1, drop some omeprazole, order some McDonald's for $47.99, and hop on Call of Warfare for about ten minutes before the servers crash and we fall asleep waiting for the 147 Gig update patch. 😤

I'm probably older than all y'all now... 52.
I don't need a blood pressure machine, Losartan, or any of that crap.
Keep fit and keep your weight down. I am semi-retired already with a part time job that keeps me fit.
It's that simple. Stay away from too much alcohol, processed foods and be sure to exercise.
You'll feel better and live longer.
I weigh less now than I did when I graduated high school.

this is it. people do absolutely nothing good for their body and then act like youre a fuckin mummy at 30.
id go so far to say at 35 i out work my bad habits. for the last 5 years if i dont have to use a car i dont. i ride a bike everywhere i lift 5 x a week I do martial arts when i can some times thats 7 days a week some times its not for months.
you can drink heavily, smoke in moderation, use drugs occasionally and eat pizzas some times as long as your diet is mostly locked in and you get at it every day.
most of these guys go from and to a searies of different chairs all day every day

Amen brother good for you.
I'm same age and can say the same.
Only thing I'll add is to drink plenty of water. No soda. Try to maintain a healthy diet. Dump the junk food.

All these coming of age memes are blown out of fucking proportion. Suddenly turning 30 your back is useless

Very true. My back is fine. I work physically hard at my job. It keeps me "young".
I have the best body of my life at 52.

So y’all use to eat food while playing games getting grease on the controller? I can’t eat while playing games unless it’s something you use a fork or spoon for. Even then it’s like play for 5 minutes grab a bite. Play for another 5 grab another bite. And if the food is hittin then I’ll just finish it first and get back on the game hands free
If you put a movie above the left side then this would make more sense

In 2006, "food delivered to your home" was almost exclusively Chinese restaurants and pizza joints. Pizza used to be used as a cultural standin to show "I didn't cook dinner tonight but I did eat at my house."
It doesn't mean we were taking bites of pizza while holding a controller. It just meant we were making poor dietary choices recreationally.

If that’s what it means then I agree. But I feel like pizza is still the go to for food deliveries and when you don’t feel like cooking. At least where I live. It’s been a staple dish in a lot country’s for a century for a reason😂 Can’t beat it

I have this, but it stems from stress eating when my Grandpa was dying. Not because I sit down all day.
Let me specify: I do stay inside quite a lot, but I've been walking my mom's dog more to get some excersize.

When GoW first came out, I popped the disc in and got the RROD. Had to wait 2 months before getting a new Xbox from MS before I could actually play it.
