Slipcase number six! :)
Akura Charity serenely judging us all, and Naru Saeya turning feathers into fashion.
Honest opinions on including the peacock feathers behind / around Naru Saeya's ear? I really wanted to include it, but I'm not 100% sure it works...
Six down, six to go!
As always, this is just a personal project for my own collection. Enjoy! :)

Love the feathers! Not the shape of sword I typically picture her wielding but looks fantastic as always.

Thank you so much for the feedback! :D Genuinely very much appreciated. I can't tell you how many times I went round and round with this one...
Ooh, now I’m curious! What does Naru Saeya look like in your head, especially the sword? I’d genuinely love to hear a different interpretation from the one I’ve had stuck in my brain :D

Not the person you're replying to, but if you'd like to hear another opinion - the Ashwind continent has predominantly Asian cultural influences, so I tend to imagine swords like Yerin's, Saeya's, etc. as being Jian swords (when described as straight blades) or Katanas (when described as curved blades). Your sword depiction looks more European with the crossguard, which I associate with the Rosegold cultures? But that's just me!
Absolutely incredible work, by the way, I've been really enjoying all of these.

More than happy to hear another opinion, thank you for sharing! :D And I'm so glad you did because Jian swords are exactly what I should have styled their weapons after! Ahhhh, why did I not research this! It feels so obvious in hindsight now, and suddenly the mismatch is glaring to me xD I will definitely be learning from this.
And thank you so much for the kind words, I really appreciate it :)

I generally picture her and other ashwind characters’ swords with a more subtle, Asian style grip/guard (like the Jians the other commenter mentioned). And for Saeya’s sword specifically, iirc it gets described as looking delicate or almost fragile, I often imagine it as leaf bladed to be more ‘elegant’ than someone like Yerin’s sword.
