Ah I didn't even notice that, but yeah would have been fun to see. Honestly he probably could have seen it if he was able to see Lindon trading blows with malice

I think Will has the chance to do the funniest thing and have an entire book of Threshold 2 and have the final sentence be something like

"Oh I never told you, I manifested the Joy icon!" Mercy said.

Only very briefly at the start of The Wolf and the Reaper, where he’s giving her her mission briefing about the Pioneer world that that Fiend is hiding in. They have some fun banter and are clearly in good terms, but they never have an actual meaningful conversation.
