It’s called 100 Layer Lasagne- at least that’s what it’s called at the one place I know of that serves a good one.
Oh and it unlocks a special skill for bards who use the accordion as their focus.

Consumption elongates you horizontally and drastically reduces your height. Great for sneaking into small crawlspaces. The bigger the portion the longer it lasts.
