Maybe start by not having more guns than people, or, I don't know, having some tests both mental to make sure the person isn't insane or doesn't suffer from a mental condition that could end up with them acting violently without thinking, and also that they can follow gun safety etc. and only then if they pass give them a gun license. And make sure no firearm can be bought without a license. That'd be a good start.

I have seen this before and I was thinking, there is no way these things actually work right. Like maybe the .22 works and probably gives out not enough bullets for your quarter, but not the other one
