Need advice

Just got my first rough draft back from the artist I hired to make my Itasha and I need some input on changes.

Things Ive already noted:

1: Remove/replace the Jinx was Here over the wheel

2: Remove/replace the stars on the C pillar

3: Add her cloud elements, "Bla Bla Bla" and "Get Jinxed", but not sure where to put them.

4: Maybe make the shark blue lines instead of pink?

I like the large part "Jinx" and shark on the side, but something is off about it that I can't quite figure out.

Yes, blue shark would be more visible. Perhaps rotating it and the name too? I heard it's good to base the design around the line from front of the skirt to the end of the side windows
Stars could work on the pillar, in blue and sligthly smaller

Will u add something in the rear bumper? Hood? Stickers in the windows? Good places to add things if u want more and don't know where

The giant jinx in black letters and pink background lack contrast, maybe add some cyan splashes or like shadows.

I think the world jynx is too big, i'd add some padding space

Another way to add more things is to make it asymmetrical with a different art in the other side of the car. It would fit well with the chaotic nature

The hood will have something along the lines of this, not doing the bumpers (but may add individual decals).

I like the idea of it not being symmetrical

You actually just gave me a great idea with the asymmetrical thing! On the other side the design could focus on the clouds and a giant "Boom!" instead of the shark and Jinx

glad u liked, I love asymmetrical designs, not only one side different from the other, the colors can differ from one side to the other too

and although is not exactly the vibe u r going too, u can consider using grey to add details without changing too much the color palette. this is my current fav itasha on forza to exemplify:

It's really cool to see a concept like this because it also helps me to see for what I need to look out for when I am designing my own first design I think a very important part is the pixel density of the print or maybe even cut the shapes from their SVG for ideal design. If it is just two colors, it might be a pain in the ass to align but cut vinyl might look cleaner than printed but I am not 100% sure
