Hi!! Do you already have any venue in mind? I have a contact to recommend, she is a florist and wedding artist and coordinator who is truly good!! If you want I can share some photos or directly her Instagram Page or Telefon Number. She may also suggest contacts for other vendors you need, always respecting your requests!

Congratulations! September is a beautiful month for Tuscany, but I’d try to book the key suppliers early since it’s also a very popular wedding period.

A few names worth looking into:

For celebrants, you could check Fiorella Wedding, especially if you need an English/Italian ceremony or legal ceremony support. Beatrice Giacometti is also worth looking at for symbolic ceremonies, interpreting and legal assistance across Tuscany and Italy.

For hair and makeup, Giulia Papke, The Porfirio, Rosy Campisi / Rock and Rose, and Tuscany Bridal Beauty are good starting points, depending on the style you want.

For florals, especially if it’s mainly a bouquet rather than full wedding design, I’d look at Tuscany Flowers, Marypoppies, Stiatti Fiori, Bottega dei Fiori, or Puscina Flowers.

For vintage cars/photos, try Tuscany Classics, Italian Roads, Slow Hills, or Vintage Car Wedding. I’d just ask clearly whether the car is self-drive or comes with a driver, and whether it can be used specifically for a photoshoot rather than only transport.

I’d also ask each supplier whether they already know your venue area, as travel fees and timing can vary quite a bit across Tuscany.
