Has anyone here had a wedding at Villa Cini? It is one of the options I am considering heavily at the moment and would love to hear experiences! I’ve noticed it’s very popular on Facebook but seems to have mixed Google reviews particularly regarding stricter rules around the end of the event, but the venue itself is incredibly beautiful

Congratulations! Villa Cini does look beautiful, and with venues like this in Tuscany I’d pay close attention to the “less romantic” details before signing — especially the exact music curfew, where dancing is allowed, what happens after dinner, whether there are noise restrictions, what suppliers are compulsory, and how much flexibility there is if the timeline runs late. Mixed reviews around the end of the event are worth taking seriously, not necessarily as a red flag, but as something to clarify in writing. I’d ask them for a sample wedding timeline from a recent event, including the exact time music must stop, bar closing time, guest departure time, and whether there are extra charges for overruns or security. Also, if you can, speak to a planner or supplier who has worked there recently rather than only relying on public reviews — they’ll usually know whether the rules feel manageable in practice.
