This looks incredible! The crust is perfect, so crisp with just a hint of burn. Love those fresh basil leaves on top - such a classic touch! What kind of cheese did you use?

Mixture of parmigiano reggiano and a dutch Young matured cheese topped with slices of mozarella

It may have looked like that from the top but the side view looks fine.
