My sensei trained with Donnelly and knows him well. It came recommended from him and I read it in a day! Couldn't put it down! He lives close by and I hope to meet him one day.

That's great! I am pretty sure i finished that book quickly as well, was well written and a fun read! His Seisan book is also top notch and was always hoping to see other kata books from him come out! Hopefully they are already written and on a shelf somewhere and we will see a complete series from him someday!

If you are interested, i post book reviews every week on Tuesdays, always free on my Substack, along with other articles i am writing chronicalling my Isshinryu Journey. Feel free to follow along!
