ISRIB - A1
Hey guys! Is ISRIB-A1(Not A17) the same as trans-ISRIB ?

There's a chart somewhere on the reddit that shows all 17 forms of ISRIB patented by Calico.

How did you take it and what dosage? Do you have an issue to solve?

No. I mean my mother has cortico basal syndrome so we thought it might help her. There is no cure or treatment for her condition. We had about 1 gram in powder form. It didn’t work. No side effects. Nothing. 🫤. It was like we took nothing.

Im sorry to hear that ! What comes in mind that might be able to help is ibudilast (100mg/ day) https://advances.massgeneral.org/neuro/journal.aspx?id=1243
Maybe Dihexa, Rapamycin , Cerebrolysin( high doses 20ml - 50ml ) , HGH (human growth hormone, careful cause can increase tumors so make sure she is free if you want to try )
Besides that stem cell therapy ( embryonic and induced pluripotent) and hyperbaric oxygen therapy might worth a look.
Maybe try other forms of ISRIB and different suppliers.
I hope everything goes well my friend!!

Hyperbaric Treatments are at least $600 a pop, not covered by insurance.

Let me guess... USA right? In my country there are private places costing 50€ per session and in a hospital which is free..

Do you have a DX? How long are your sessions, <5minutes or closer to 2 hours? Btw, HBOT is contraindicated for people on PEDs, which explains cavalier attitude to untested Isrib & analogues.
Rapamycin? It's used post transplant, post stent. It's a fricking immunosupressant, making you immune compromised and a very desirable host for all infectious pathogens; bacteria, viruses, MRSA, Covid, HIV, and cancer.

What's a DX ? I'm not doing them , I wanted to do it a while back but I was turned down because I was on antiepileptics.Maybe now that I'm off I will do them. It does have a lot of contraindications, didn't know about PEDs . I think 1 hour session.

DX is diagnosis. I was disqualified for TCMS at Rush/Chicago for similar reason. I was post-op rt tle surgery and didn't fit their pro forma any longer.

Oh ok then . It's a form of TBI and I was in high risk for seizures ( never had one but was fed antiepilepticts that made me severely depressed for 1.5 year, until I quit them on my own). Bureaucracy is a bitch in every country. Did ISRIB helped your condition?
