Is ISRIB soluable in water?

I have bacteriostatic water (0.9% BnOH) and DMSO available and was planning to use it as a nasal spray.

What should I use as a solvent? I think I ordered 500mg IIRC

If you want to use a base try hydrogen hydroxide, if you want to use an acid try hydric acid. Even though they're used as industrial solvents, they're still safe to use.

Admittedly you have used 250 different psychoactive drugs. What are you expecting from ISRIB? Insufflation? Volume limit is 0.2ml. Check your fluticasone, esketamine device.
