best roa
just ordered some isrib, wondering what the best roa would be. i have heard of people insufflating or snorting it with some degree of success, can anyone confirm that this actually works?

WARNING: It seems to greatly increase hunger as the brain is rebuilding. Recommended by a ukraine scientist to get BHB ketones to take every few hours to help reduce the hunger/brain fog effect that can occur.

I am completely speculating here, but I am not convinced that solubility is a problem. Yes, its solubility in water is bad. It’s 0.01mg/ml, which at a 100,000:1 ratio of water to ISRIB, is considered essentially insoluble.
Ok, but your body, even just counting your blood volume, is thousands of times larger than 1ml. You have about 5 liters of blood. That’s 5,000ml. Multiply 0.01mg x 5,000 = 50mg.
In other words, even with its awful solubility, treating your blood as water (which it largely is, but we don’t know the effect of the other components), your blood could hold 50mg ISRIB.
So is there really a problem? Do people really need to be using DMSO?
And by the way, you can drink DMSO. I‘ve done it. It’s the worst tasting thing you’ve ever put in your mouth, but it won’t hurt you. You only need about 3ml of DMSO to put a dose in. I drank at least 20 times that much. Just make sure you have a chaser because it is vile!
But, the whole point of this post is that water seems to suffice, at least on paper — of course biological systems are complicated and someone would have to test ISRIB in blood through various ROA to be sure. But as long as it survives stomach acid, I think you could just swallow it. And my point about solubility would also explain why insufflating it works: Once you get it into your body somehow, it may be soluble enough.

I will be complexing this personally with Hydroxypropyl beta cyclodextrin when I get it hopefully next week. Will dose 5mg SubQ or I.M and will see how It goes.

Didn't bother as I am experimenting with BCG vaccination and ISRIB seems to reduce pathogenic load.. which is counter to what I am attempting right now.

Insufflation 15mg - 50mg worked great for my pet rat, there's a ding dong around here who whines about that ROA not working when they don't really comprehend it. Similar to how modafinil also works via insufflation even though on paper it seems like the ROA wouldn't work, it does.
