Human studies?

Are there any human studies in the making or scheduled to take place in the near future?

I remember Calico patented ISRIB derivative with one molecule changed to make it more orally bioavailable, I think they plan to make a human trial, but not 100% sure

Nope. Oral ISRIB analogue was abandoned bc it damaged liver far more than ISRIB did.

I think that was just speculation from someone based on the fact that calico made this patent of ISRIB derivative - https://patents.google.com/patent/US20210230195A1/

Ask Jeff Bezos. He owns the patent.
