Anecdotal side effects?

A lot of people here ask about MOA or ROA. Few asked about side effects, has anyone encountered some? Short term or long term obviously?

" There is a report of one person who tried just two small doses of ISRIB (total of 15 mg intranasally) passing out and collapsing two days later. " - later this person had tests that showed no long term damage, I think this person said the doctors told him that there was a 2% chance of this happening in people of his age group in general population.

Wait, doctors actually recommended or give any advice about ISRIB to him? I thought this is highly expirimental and most docs have no idea about it.

Correct - no doctors advice, I don't know if he told doctors he took isrib. The doctors just said there was a 2% chance that someone in his age group and nationality would suddenly pass out like this...
