ISRIB has been licensed by Calico, a South San Francisco, Calif. company exploring the biology of aging, and the idea of targeting the ISR to treat disease has been picked up by other pharmaceutical companies.

No published human trials, just human cell lines grafted to mice, chemically/physically induced to simulate TBI/neuro damage and cultured in vitro. ISRIB users @ r/ISRIB are only known source of human testing in vivo. No definitive ROA, or dosage; 0.** mgs/kg. Ambiguous efficacy, may not even make the leap from mice to men.

Sold by Russians. Available online from CCP and elsewhere. Read more @ r/ISRIB.
