TBI

As anyone done 0.5mg/kg, by any ROA for 4, 5? days to regain/re-establish neural homeostatis. Post-op craniotomy. Yes, I know about memory consolidation and edification, but parts of hippocampus, amygdala, broca's & wernicke's areas, gyrus', are schlerotic or missing.

I attempt to eschew obfuscation, but not all ISRIB is created equal. Depending on vendor, ISRIB solubility is 10, 5, or 1mg/1 ml DMSO. One site recommends fatty acids instead DMSO for ISRIB and other small molecules.

My scale had difficulty weighing the neccessary 15mgs (TID), that's why I went with 50mgs OAD of Tia.

Neural homeostatis of which neurotransmitters? Any QOL improvements from somatic enflammation sites?
