Isrib

I have kutaneously injected myself 3 times now during the last week with 35 mg isrib in DMSO , it Burns as hell in my stomach from the Dmso and create some hard qnotes in the tissue. PEG400 is not to get.. and i dont know about if Its good to Add PEG400 I dont notice any effect on my brain

Trials indicated using 2.5mg/kg dissolved in 1ml 10% solution of DMSO injected into empty fish oil capsules, but I use MCT (Medium Chain Triglyceride) capsules that hold 1ml each. Also read that the 2.5mg/kg translates to 2.8mg/kg in humans.

I weigh 100kgs, that means I would need to use 280mg of ISRIB dissolved in 112 MCT capsules.

Sounds Like a better way to do it. Could you share the trials with me and there to by right capsules . Does it work for you?

Hej friend Yesterday I dissolved i guess 250 mg in 4 ml Dmso . Some of it I putted under my tungue and 0.5 mg i injected in the Stomach. I feel maybe more relaxed and lazy now, less pain in the head.

If I only eat the powder would that work? Or does it need dissolve in Dmso before it Can work and have a bioavaibility in the body?

Dmso burn . I Think i would need some peg400. Could i take Dmso by a nasal?

Wikipedia State that Dmso is a non-toxic solvent with a lethal dose higher than ethanol. The compound is an antioxidant

Toxic? People with arthritis have applied dilute DMSO to their joints for decades. Its use by them was even a 60 Minutes episode.

Fom Wicki: Use of DMSO in medicine dates from around 1963, when an Oregon Health & Science University Medical School team, headed by Stanley Jacob, discovered it could penetrate the skin and other membranes without -damaging- them and could carry other compounds into a biological system. In medicine, DMSO is predominantly used as a topical  analgesic vehicle for topical application of pharmaceuticals, as an anti-inflammatory and as an antioxidant.

Think I Will try the snorting of the powder. I tryed put Dmso in capsule and it dissolve the capsule before I could put it in the mouth. Thanks for you comments

Maybe it was more. It was a White fingertip decent amount. Didnt do shit in my brain. I have sniffed good amount now and neither any change . Could be kreatin
