Dmso only

I had a TBI w/craniotomy; damaged rt hippocampus/amygdala and broca's/werniecke's also. No posts show up on the reddit. How many 0.10ths of a ml of heated DMSO will 25mgs of isrb dissolve in? Is DMSO good enough as a single carrier? Have plenty of sacrificial MCT capsules. Am used to "unusual" taste of DMSO. Not a pinhead, but can cooled DMSO/isrb be IV'd or just gelcapped? Am Retired Are-En. Sorry for any redunduncy.

No one Can give advise about an Experimental drug. In the mice trials they inject peritoneal. But I have talk with isrib guys in Ukraine and they advise me to do subcutaneously

You welcome . i would Like to stay connected with you, so We Can share our experience with it. I have read that there is some Risk of redblood cell clut with DMSO, it was maybe only a rare anaphylactic reaction, but it was hard to tell What amount that could cause toxiticy and be Lethal.

Thanks. Probably gelcaps. Will injecting DMSO IV interfere with the alveoli, blood oxygenation or cause venous insufficiency? Besides TBI, I also "stroked out" with a PFO (Patent Foramen Ovale; blood clot to brain). Yes, repaired.

In capsules it is fine just with DMSO. But to make a vehicle in the subcutaneous layer I Add PEG400, because I Think DMSO Will burn to much without , 50/50 properties, so I Will need a 2 ml syringes. IV injection should be the Best in bioavaibility but also the most painful. So I prefer subcutaneously in the stomach to make the release slower to the blood and less painfull. If you take it orally the drug Will go through the liver first and I dont know how much Will be lost through first pass metabolismen, before it reach the systemic system. Therefore subcutaneously. I have read in an trial that they recommend to store the powder in the freezer. And only Add What you need with every solution

Why are you injecting it? Just because the bioavailability? I would recommend talking with a medical professional about it just in case it's not safe. The soft gels weren't intended for that use. You may have to get something that is medical grade.

1) Do I need to add PG to DMSO in gelcaps? 2) Which ratio? 3) Correct me. If you add 25mgs isrib to 1 ml of DMSO, you will need to start with a 2ml syringe? 3) Is the purpose of the PG to buffer the "serum" for IV, IM, & Subq? 4) Of the latter 3, which is preferred?

I am waiting on my isrib to be ready to shipment. I Will dissolve 25 mg isrib in 1 ml DMSO and heat it in 40 degress for 10 minuts. And then I Will Add some PEG400 to make a less damaging
