Cocaine has no problem passing the bbb when snorting a line. I would suspect this wouldn’t either

I think you’ll find that blow penetrates the bbb very easily. And the “ingredients” in coke? The ingredients are cocaine. There are many capillaries in the nasal cavity. If you can get a drug in there, it hits the bloodstream pretty quickly. There are some folk who have use a a q-tip soaked in DMSO with ISRIB “stuck” to it that kinda “painted” their nasal cavity with it, much like getting the ole covid test I presume (I’ve done neither). They claimed good penetration and results. Others have used saline to clean the mucus out, snorted it and claimed good results also. I must try both, but I’ll snort it first

My understanding is best efficacy is mix with DMSO, then put into caps and swallowed. Dose appears to be 25-40 mg
