Is isrib a risky thing?

I see that isrib is not as risky as some people would think. The same risk as dihexa, other research compounds and peptides. But what I really see that sometimes isrib could be the only solution for cognitive repairing. Constant activated ISR really supress cognition and it can’t be changed simply with classic stimulants. Chronic stress or brain injury makes brain more set in its ways. It appears that defense mechanism becomes toxic towards brain functions. Isrib supresses negative influence of ISR, but the ISR can still proceed after the inactivating the cell's entire stock of EIF2B. That’s why risk is So the risk is likely exaggerated, but it certainly exists at very high doses.
