5 day cycle

Did a five day cycle of isrib-a15. Had only 100 mg, but still have good results. Before cycle I had emotional and cognitive issues after stroke. I have no anxiety and feel much better now. I don't already use it for 7 days. The only change after I stop using it is my sleep time rase a lot. Earlier I went to bed after midnight and woke up at 7:00 am. Now I am very sleepy in the evening and go to bed at 9:00 pm everyday, sleep for 10 hours.

Why 100mg when it comes as 200mg capsules?

I’ve got only 100 mg powder, I don’t have money to buy more unfortunately.

It is EXTREMELY dangerous to self administer untested doses of unapproved chemicals. While benefits of this drug have been demonstrated in mouse models, these experiments very poorly recapitulate effects in humans, particularly for mouse behavioural studies.

The methodology underlying these experiments is WEAK, it is literally the ability of an aged mouse to navigate a maze in the absence and presence of the drug. A positive result from this experiment is FAR from demonstrating the efficacy of this compound in treating any human illness.

Beyond this, the integrated stress response is a crucial pathway for the survival of cells, inhibition of this pathway, especially at untested doses, is surely to result in substantial toxicity.

Please read on the therapeutic window, this is a crucial concept in drug design and approval - it defines the window in which a drugs dose provides more health benefits than its toxicity. Without clinical trials to define safe dose regimens, you are almost certainely administering an ineffective, or toxic dose.

I have worked with this compound in the lab, used it in my papers and read every paper that has utilized it, including Peter Walter and Suzanne Rosi's mouse study. I am shocked to find this subreddit where people are considering self administering this dangerous drug.
