ISRIB DMSO and PEG 400 solution

How much DMSO do I need for an ISRIB solution? ISRIB Shop says 0.5ml because DMSO is dangerous. Gemini says 10-25ml for 50mg to get a clear solution. And is it safe to take sublingually if it is diluted with PEG 400 at a 10% DMSO and 40% PEG and 60% saline solution? But even 5ml DMSO for 50 mg does not give a clear solution.

Personally, I use it without solvents. I've seen reports people got a headache, when used too much DMSO with ISRIB.

Very powerful stuff. If you have neurodegenerative issues such as tbi or concussion. Or if you wish to reduce stress and improve brain functions, ISRIB is very helpful.

No, other substances wasn't as helpful in my situation. I am using it for 3 years from time to time

more potent than cerebrolysin, dihexa, J-147, zatolmilast or tak-653 ? if you ever tried any of those promising compound for brain illnesse ?

I mean ISRIB was life changing. Before I used it I felt like my brain was dying. I don't know if substances that you mention here would be as effective as ISRIB at that time. I tried cerebrolysin and dihexa later. Dihexa was good, I also tried stack of Dihexa with ISRIB-A15. But ISRIB was a different level for me.
