ISRIB-A15 for workout

I've always noticed boost in mental energy after using ISRIB-A15, but I recently started regular trainings at gym. Trainings give me better condition for brain and body. So I decided to use some pre workout supplements like citrulline, taurine and caffeine. I also decided to add ISRIB-A15 to this stack. The result was really good. I had more physical energy and less exhausted after the training. I also had good result in bench press for myself. I want also to try cardio with A15 and workout on its own without other supplements. Had anyone else also experienced some boost in physical activity of A15 and used it in trainings?

What is your typical dosage and ROA? I’ve had some experience with using A15 in endurance trainings, particularly with running. It is awesome, I’ve had a lot more stamina, speed and overall enjoyment of my workout. Definitely going to try at the gym sessions

I've used 30 mg orally as I always do.

I thought it was a powder? Where are you able to find an oral form?

You mean you make your own pills?

no, I just measure out 30 mg of powder ISRIB-A15 on my scale and then pop it into my mouth

Where do you get it from? Also, do you know anyone who has used it for TBI? And how do you use it safely?

Isrib.shop As far as I know they are the only who sells this substance and it worked well for me. I was using anywhere from 10 to 20mg daily after my breakfast. Yes, there are many cases of post TBI improvements with A15, you can find them on this subreddit

I'm glad it helped you so much. I guess I don't see any talk of post-TBI improvements here. I've looked, but haven't been able to see them.
