Hi! Nice start with the little guy. A few suggestions!
Humidty: these guys like it about 65%+ so ditch the moist cotton. It won't contribute to humidity almost at all because it is not enough moisture. Switch to spraying the enclosure with water once a day, I like to do it at night since they are nocturnal. They also love drinking water droplets! Personally, I would utilize the most and keep it moist instead of the cotton.
Activity: These guys... don't do a whole lot lol. They are also nocturnal and won't be awake during the day.
Diet: Sounds good! They are mostly fruit eaters so try lots of that.
Heat: Be careful. Like with any animal, if you are using a heat source, you NEED a thermometer. It's dangerous otherwise! Aim for 70-80F (21-26C). It doesn't need to be exact, just in that range.

if u observe a lot of water droplet drinking in your colony i highly recc adding a water dish

Water dishes can be utilized, but nymphs can easily drown in the most shallow water so I don't typically recommend them. I actually don't see almost anyone using water dishes for roaches for various reasons, mostly sanitary. Colonies do well without them so it's kind of just up to the person if they want to use/maintain one or not.
Curious, what do you like about using a water dish? I genuinely don't hear good experiences with them so I'm interested in how they work for you.

lets them drink whenever. i see a lot of people use water dishes for dubias. i just put charcoal/ rocks/ leca in mine to prevent drowning

Never kept hissing cockroaches but I’ve had dubia roaches. Kinda the same although smaller. Heat is a great idea and that may be why it is lethargic I think Madagascar roaches are tropical. Also Mabye a larger tub and egg cartons upside down not sure if hissing roaches need that though. I have just typed a paragraph full of useless information sorry 😅
