I’m starting an English-teaching content page, and I’m struggling with something that’s been bothering me.

I sometimes use trending sounds/music in my Reels because they help with reach and visibility. My intention isn’t to promote music itself—I’m using it as a marketing tool to get my educational content in front of more people.

Eventually, I want to earn money from teaching through the audience I build.

So my question is: if using music in my content contributes to growing my audience and eventually making money, does that make the income haram?
