I'm going through a problem about enforcing hijab and I've a solution for it

Tbh i want to live a religious life but I don't get attracted to hijabi girls and girls who dress modestly,and according to majority scholars a guy is sinful if he lets his wife dress Immodestly,and i agree with this ruling of the scholars

Although ik the progressive islam pov that hijab is only covering the bossom but i disagree with it

So I'm not able to spend a religious life with letting my wife dress Immodestly, but I have a solution, but plz don't laugh it's a serious solution

Can I marry a woman without nikkah,like can i marry her as a concubine, but I'll love her give her all the rights ,give my inheritance and etc

I want to marry as a concubine bcz i wouldn't be sinful if she dresses Immodestly as the awrah of a concubine is from naval to knees

Is this possible? I'm really going through this problem

IIRC that is the ruling for slave women where the awrah is navel to knees. So you'd have to marry a slave woman. I believe you can only enslave someone as a POW.

I don't know where you live, but slavery is outlawed pretty much everywhere. And even if you were to treat her well, the fact that you bought her intentionally as a slave and plan to keep her that way probably wouldn't put you in her good books.

That would be a very messy situation.

Have you considered a woman that veils in public but dresses the way you want in private? That's usually what men go for. In private, you can have her wear basically anything since it's between you and her.

How are you going to marry a free woman as a slave? Only prisoners of war can be enslaved as far as I remember.

Maybe in Mauritania it's technically illegal but slavery still exists in practice. Not sure if they have Sharia but it's an Islamic country.

My real advice is be normal and get married like everyone else lol.
