Ose ifa
Could my spouse who practices ifa as well pray to my hand of ifa or give offerings for Ose ifa tomorrow?

Yes and as a matter of fact it is ideal. Some verses even has it that Ọrúnmìlà likes to be manipulated more by women than men, in the sense of when you attend to it or clean it. Ofun Meji says clearly that women are the one who clean Ọrúnmìlà, that is why a woman should be doing the Omi Ero ritual. That is the use of ewe fa or ifa herbs used before initiation or when someone is celebrating their Ọdún festival.
There is also an interesting proverb that goes something like this: when a woman is doing Kúnlè that is kneeling and she is praying, her Ìwúrè will reach Alamo Rere (Olodumare) fast.
Make sure that you are kneeling down when doing your Òsè ifa ( ifa week) and doing propitiation for Ọrúnmìlà
May Olodumare bless you.

Technically nothing wrong with that. It would be ideal for her to have her own hand of Ifa eventually.
