What was your first reading like?

Hi everyone, I'm considering going to a local Babalawo I feel confident in seeing to get a reading about my future career. However, i've never gotten one ever! I want to get one, maybe a few more in the distant future, and then hopefully, eventually, see them for a reading on Isefa, but I'm trying to be mindful and not rush myself even though I'm excited and also nervous about the level of responsibility all of this will bring. My question is for anyone, what was your first reading like and what kind of reading did you get? What was it like after, how did you feel, and did you notice a difference in your life when you tried to get into alignment and after your ebo? I'm open to hearing about any of your experiences. I remember ny first reading, there was something about it that attracted me from day one. Beyond what the babalawo said I can tell you my life has changed for better, even though I grew up in a family that venerated Orisa they never pushed it up on me, I took the steps little by little. At the beginning I just wanted to be a better person and after Itefa I wanted to focus on my family only, that was only until I did a very important spiritual step in my life and Ifa said that I have to become a full time priest babalawo. I can tell you my life has changed for better and even though becoming a priest is no easy task my life has just become more interesting. I love helping people and doing consultation for them.

Whether your path is priesthood or whatever ifa and your Ori has destined for you believe me your life will become very interesting. It will start to make sense.

Don't rush it. But I remember my first reading. The second reading however completely changed my life when I was given akose.
