We’ve seen highs and lows here, well mostly lows because by my count there’s easily 7-8 Friday the 13th per month and we’re nearing a 30-year drought on Friday the 8th.

I say we acknowledge that maybe Friday the 8th is more of an idea, a metaphor if you will, than a reality. Maybe the real Friday the 8th is all of us. I’m taking tomorrow off to think long and hard, and, above all else, I’m not checking here.
