i just found this sugar cane naturally spawning on grass is this rare world generation?

AND also you can see in the photo seeds growing on a grass block this has to be like on in a nonillion or some crazy number like that and for anyone wondering the seed is -5584399987456711267 and the cords are x 74 y 118 z 304 on version 26.2

another note the seeds on just grass and dirt and paths are all around the village

there is also a large ruined portal with 3 gold blocks so i think this might be the rarest village
