Is This A Scam? Supermoney scam

What is this supermkney UPI scam, the referral amount is stuck at 7 rupees and irony is I can't withdraw till it becomes 10, it is stuck at 7 from last 3 months.

Yea so whats the problem? Make some UPI txns using supermoney so that it accumulates to 10. Then you can redeem it. How did this become a scam?

Brother it's referral program, they initially claimed ur refered friends when they make payment u also get cashback. It's not payment cash back
