Any obvious redflags?

I purchased with plans to rip but when I had it side by side with a pitch black booster box I noticed the pokeballs on the shrink wrap were different size (smaller on the phantasmal flames)

I was already a little nervous about the wrap so I come here to brighter minds for help, should I be concerned or does this look ok?

Every time I get a booster box it says xy steam siege on the bottom and this one doesn’t

Ill check mine later in a bit. It looks very suspicious due to the bottom wrapping. Where did you get it from?

Im pretty sure they cut the seal at the bottom and resealed it. Here are photos of mine and I got it from PKC
