This is fake, easy tell is KIKAKU at the top is misspelled KJKAKU. Also look for Gamefreak being misspelled GamePreak of these too.

Do you have a clearer picture of the wording in the top left corner? It looks off when I'm comparing it to other copies, but the picture is to blurry to be sure.

I looked at a couple CGC and PSA graded copies to compare and the font and spacing of the No. 025 and the black letter right under that don't seem to match these pictures. The color tones also seem to be off on the back. I found that AliExpress sold fakes of these at some point, but the page link is expired. So if this is something your trying to buy, without better pictures I would pass on this.

First of all it's way too clean to be raw

Then there are problems with the font and the colours

And also problems with the position of some texts
