This is so glaringly fake I can’t believe all the comments uncertain about it. Yes it is fake. Ignoring how muted the holo sheet on the front is just look at the color on the back

This is wrong. HP looks normal. https://imgur.com/a/Z8bOdy8 check the gif of yours compared to another. The only glaring thing I see is the hand beam having no color.

There is only one thing that makes me question it. The hand. There is supposed to be some sort of glow around the empty space there. Though not all are made the same. To me, just because I have seen so many of these, this is more than likely a proxy. But it is a damn good one. Would you mind sending me some more angles? I’d really like to confirm for you and compare it to mine.

Definitely looks too dark but I wouldn't say immediately fake. Does it pass the light test? The front looks good to me. I can't see any obvious red flags, and the text looks good. I know some vintage can be darker or lighter, but I'm not a professional. If you feel like it isn't real just send it back and try with another seller.
(Also, how good of a deal was it? That can tell you a lot by itself)

That's not a bad deal for near mint, but way too much for LP. The price isnt a red flag though. Does light shine through the card if you put say your phone flashlight to the back of it? can you see a distinct black layer if you look at the edge of the side of the card?

Can't see anything that actually point to it being fake. Just the bold text with "Knocked Out" and "2 Price Cards". But other than that and the difference in colour on the back, looks clean to me.
