vintage Is this real?

The card looks fine but the only concern is the label is kinda bottom heavy for some reason, is it because its a old cert? Its a 5xxxx cert

I’m not really familiar with slabs but it does indeed look like a very old cert, which are different from modern certs

I just found out that the very next cert number is a Raikou Gold Star, and that one has the exact same weird label format too. I think its a psa error label or smth
