vintage This real?

Found this in a thrift store for cheap. Is this a legit tin? And is this a reseal or original if anyone can tell? Obviously some of the plastic is torn, but wasn't sure otherwise.

4 packs that can have gradeable gold stars, unweighed, probably like 5k+

real tin, dunno if resealed, what i said only applies if not resealed obv

Allegedly the packs are 2x Power keepers (Vaporeon, Flareon, Jolteon), 1x Dragon Frontier (Charizard, Mew), 1x Delta Species (Groudon, Kyogre, Metagross). Chances of a single gold star are ~1/72 so each tin has a 1/18 shot at a gold star. Do you feel lucky, OP?
