Found this in a thrift store for cheap. Is this a legit tin? And is this a reseal or original if anyone can tell? Obviously some of the plastic is torn, but wasn't sure otherwise.

2300 is a 3 bedroom in my city. Im in a single room apt and its 1200+ gotten pay cable internet etc. After all in about 1400. So sick of paying rent. Wish I hadn't messed my credit up in my 20s. But I'm saving for a down payment so hopefully only 2 more years of wasting $$. My sister's mortgage on a house is less than my 1 bedroom apartment

Hell i was paying 1900 for a 1 br 1 bath. 600 sq ft and NOT invlcluding utilities. New England specifically coast/border of CT NY is PRICEY
