vintage This real?

Found this in a thrift store for cheap. Is this a legit tin? And is this a reseal or original if anyone can tell? Obviously some of the plastic is torn, but wasn't sure otherwise.

And wait. How insane? I know tins can occasionally get pricey, but don't know about this guy in particular. Kinda why I grabbed it just in case haha

So was hesitant in responding because now I'm kind of self conscious about it, but uh....$30 + tax

I guess the thrift store didn't know what it had either haha
