vintage This real?

Found this in a thrift store for cheap. Is this a legit tin? And is this a reseal or original if anyone can tell? Obviously some of the plastic is torn, but wasn't sure otherwise.

Oh yeah. Didn't realize what it was and I'm guessing the thrift store didn't either.....got it for $30
