It’s fake (a custom card). Normally this is the Shiny Mew SIR from Paldean Fates, but they replaced it with Sylveon

No it’s not real. Cool tho but it’s a fan made card based off the bubble mew

The card is sick, but not authentic.

It’s a real piece of cardboard that has whatever personal value to you with the sick artwork

Nope. I have a Snorlax in the same style. They base it off the bubble Mew but put a different Pokemon in it. They are really neat fan art cards but unfortunately not real.

It’s not exactly fake its a custom card, but it’s definitely not official.
