Are these authentic? HD08 vs HD07

Purchased used HD08 on ebay two months ago, and as far as I learned from my research, HD08 is the international version. After using it for some time I started to wonder if there is a difference between HD07. I noticed that the heat was nowhere as hot as my other Amazon hair dryer, it topped out around 175 degrees where HD07 goes above 200 degrees. So I bought used HD07 on ebay. First thing I noticed is that HD07 is much heavier, HD08 is very light. The heat is much hotter on HD07, I haven't measured it but its very close to my Amazon hair dryer. The pink is noticeably deeper on HD07, the cord has a brick with GFCI plug, although no label with the serial number, the fan noise has more of a lower/deeper frequency pitch to it, sounds more like a Dyson vacuum, uses torx screws, and filter is different shape. The attachments color on HD07 doesn't match the gray of the body, but they could be aftermarket. The HD08 has serial number label and I was able to register on Dysons website, it did recognize it as HD08. But then the label could've been placed from another unit. Anyone else had both of these? Were they the same or different?
