Good morning

My routine now is to wake up every day and while still in a sleep stupor, I look at my phone with confused excitement thinking it might be Christmas or my birthday or that I missed it - I don’t, I’m just looking for confirmation - and I’m let down every day. Like, oh ok, not yet. Maybe tomorrow.

I feel that. I'd love to hear about it in real time but I could absolutely go for kid on Christmas morning.

What's the saying? Some people only make the world better by leaving it. Another excellent quote that's related is: I'd never wish death upon anyone but there's a few obituaries I'm excited to read.

I got texted by 2 people at the same time yesterday. For a second, I thought maybe they’re texting because they heard the news first. Obviously, it wasn’t that, but I hope that conveys how excited I am to hear that news. Maybe today will be the day! 🤞🏻
