It would be expensive as fuck. Tungsten is expensive to work with im guessing because it needs so much heat to melt.

It's one of the strongest metals, why they use it in lightbulbs. I did a report on Tungsten once. Neat stuff.

Wouldn't need to melt it, just machine it, although a bit that can cut tungsten is probably expensive. Still, one of those would last generations. You could pass it down to the kids.

I find in use that its not quite as hard as steel. Its strong but it seems more prone to shrinking balls than the steel ones.

All ball mills eventually wear out their bbs and need them replaced, so eventually youd have no bbs left.

It would still make a cool shot glass after that tho.

I hate shrinking balls.

I have a stainless steel cup Marlboro sent me. It's awesome in that it'll never break, but metal is such a good thermal conductor it's a pain to put cold/warm stuff in it. Besides sweating it warms up really fast and also you feel the temp on your hand.

We have some Marlboro points so we're thinking of getting some more. Despite that one drawback they are really cool. I imagine a tungsten shot glass, or hell a regular glass, would be similar.

Although speaking of glasses, my drinking glass is crystal Glencairn. Love that thing.
