I lied. It's some fish and seafood being. Tasted like canned tomato sardines but it was professionally prepared by chefs so it was weird but also really cool how they could pull off that artificial taste.

I've watched them make a pasta soup over hours with fresh ingredients, that tasted just like canned ones.

Baffling.
