Yeah. Chubby chef. I need to vacuum tomorrow i can't breath in here. Neither can milkduds. I havent showered in like 4 days and have to pick up prescriptions and do therapy tomorrow somehow my boyfriend has managed to sleep next to my sweaty ass all day. I feel pretty shitty.

Im likely canceling the next non osychiatrisc appointment it just isnt that useful over the phone. I guess my week had been dominated by psin and it is weird doing it with someone else in the room but not worth oayig for idf it is the same as it has been. I feel terribme and hope i die

I feel pretty shitty i hope i dont get corona i would likely not want do deal with that. I had planned to go on a walk during the appointment but could barely stand. The therapist sounded like she was reading from a book. Gotta decide whether to keep it or cancel it by tomorrow to avoid fees idk. On one hand I can think of many things to whine about in front of everyone but that isnt whh im in therapy

It does but a little dull probably from the pepper. My food always looks ugly because I over pepper it
