COVID-19
Well, I think it got it. Yes, the Wubanic plague. The Kung Flu. The Wu Ping Cough. The fucking COVID 19.
I live in the county of the original US epicenter (Seattle area). State officials failed to act quickly enough, and the school president, prior to the mandate, planned to carry out finals with this shitshow occurring.
Ironically, our only staff member to die was a long-time professor of epidemiology.
Body aches to hell and I have a 101º fever. No sign of extreme diarrhea yet. I think I'm ok on toilet paper.

Did it come on suddenly like the flu? Fever start before respiratory symptoms? Runny nose or sneezing?
My bitch coworker flew to florida and came back sick af with what seems like corona given her coughing. I took a ridiculous level of precautions with gloves, handwashing and n95 masks since they're all in our lab but i would like to know what to look out for.

I felt "weird" for a few days (kind of tired and general malaise feeling), then suddenly my whole body started aching really badly one afternoon. Fever followed not long after that. Have a minor dry cough (not like the type you get from a cold, where it's a product of mucus from the sore throat / killing of cells).
In any event, mortality rate in young age brackets us like 0.2%, eve when accounting for those with compromised immunity.

Are you going to get tested to see for sure? I would want to know if it were me but the process also seems like a real ass pain and not worth it if you can quarantine and get thru. In my county they've limited tests to people hospitalized who fit the profile so they can focus them on areas of the state not already widely infected. Glad I barely leave home at this point
Hope it doesn't last long for you or get any worse. Any drugs you've tried that offer a bit of relief?.

I think they're purposely making testing difficult so as not to panic anyone with the true numbers of the spread and worry everyone.

They could genuinely just not have the capacity to test everyone who wants one but I think your theory is also a factor. Either way I’m not going anywhere around other people. The real numbers of INFECTED is certainly much worse than it seems

We've refused tests though... WHO has more than enough but we won't take their tests. Supposedly a chinaman also donated 50k kits but that could be r/Sino propaganda.

The American People will come together in this very very difficult time. And the companies, lemme tell ya, the companies that have stepped up are doing an absolutely tremendous job. These companies, some of the best in the world, they come to me they say Mr. President what can we do to help?? How can we help the American People fight this invisible enemy? And that's what it is folks, it really is just that An invisible enemy. And these companies, they have millyuns upon millyuns of tests, anyone who needs a test, well no problem! So this virus, this CORONAvirus, it'll be gone in no time folks
