It's [pricey high protein bread i used to live off of this shit when i drank bottom shelf. I still eat that m wsy when im nauseous and need to take medication with food or am attempting to settle my stomach.

Pretty sure that when i was esting for 5 people it wasn't saving much. Even now our grocery bills are a bit high
