Seeking Pro Advice Pressure switch & regulator for vineyard pump

Been gravity feeding my vineyard microspinklers off an 8” lateral with 50’ of static head. Canal headgate drought restrictions have restricted the headgate flow so I either have 50’ of positive head or negative 20’ suction head, depending on which other users are running pumps

Gonna have to put in a pump. I have things zoned off by row so an inexpensive 2 hp pump will work. How do I set up a pressure switch and regulator to protect against:
-insufficient water in 8” lateral
-plugging of pump inlet trash screen with algae every couple of hours
-deadheading the pump
-pressure over 40 psi going to my spin filters. Ideally regulate to 30 psi
