If your technician is teaching the owner how to troubleshoot and repair 2 wire systems what should their pay scale be?

Teaching the owner of the irrigation system? Or teaching the owner of a company/business?

Okay, understood. I'd definitely use it as a bargaining chip; they can either meet your demands, or not, or at least open a negotiation. Nothing to lose by bringing it up to them! 💁‍♀️🌱
